Register at Saint Vincent de Paul Church

You can register by downloading our registration forms in an Adobe Acrobat document. Either:

                      1) Print the form, fill it out, and return it to the Parish Office.

                      2) "Save As" a document file, fill out the form, and email it as an attachment

                           to manager@svdphb.org.

                      3) If unable to "Save As" a document file, save as a 'pdf' file, open file and select

                          "Tools" on top toolbar, select "Typewriter".  Fill out the form, save it as a pdf file

                          and email it as an attachement to manager@svdphb.org.
