SVDP's middle school community is called EDGE, open to ALL middle schoolers from 6th to 8th grade! We meet Monday nights at 6:30pm in the Parish Hall for games, community, talks, snacks, and more! To see our most recently updated calendar, see these slides.
Middle schoolers enjoy going to EDGE to meet with their peers and learn more about the faith! Youth that go through the EDGE program in middle school have an easier transition into our high school ministries and are able to get involved in the faith more deeply, even before high school.

8th Grade First Communion
If your 8th grader needs to receive their First Communion, see our Teen section in the First Communion page.
In order to receive the sacrament of Confirmation, youth must first go through the process of First Communion preparation. We encourage our 8th graders to start this process young so the transition to high school and Confirmation classes can be smoother and start strong!
EDGE is completely FREE to all who register! Youth are able to bring as many friends as they'd like.
